How to report abuse
Email abuse@kasapost.com or use the support page with full message headers, sending address, recipient address, timestamps, links, attachments if safe, and a short explanation of the issue.
Prohibited activity
Prohibited activity includes spam, purchased or scraped lists, phishing, credential theft, malware, bot traffic, fraud, deceptive identities, forged headers, snowshoe sending, harassment, illegal content, and attempts to evade rate limits or reputation controls.
Bulk and marketing mail
Bulk or marketing mail must be permission based, identify the sender, include appropriate unsubscribe handling, and comply with applicable email laws. KasaPost may restrict bulk sending on shared infrastructure.
Investigations
We may inspect logs, headers, routing data, account settings, and related evidence to investigate abuse. We may contact customers for context and may preserve records where needed for security or legal reasons.
Enforcement
KasaPost may throttle, hold, suspend, disable, delete, or terminate accounts, domains, mailboxes, API keys, or messages connected to abuse, security risk, noncompliance, or infrastructure harm.
Recipient protection
We maintain suppression controls, sending limits, DNS checks, blocklist monitoring, and DMARC report parsing to reduce harmful mail and protect recipients, customers, and shared sender reputation.
