May 18, 2026. By creating an account, connecting a domain, using a mailbox, or sending through KasaPost, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use and Abuse policies.
Business use
KasaPost is built for legitimate business email. You must be authorized to use every domain you connect and every mailbox you create.
Policy acceptance
We may ask you to confirm domain authority and policy acceptance instead of collecting a written use-case description. By continuing, you represent that your use is lawful, permission based, business related, and compliant with these terms.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for your users, domains, DNS records, credentials, message content, recipients, mailing practices, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and recipients.
Acceptable use
You may not use KasaPost for spam, purchased lists, credential phishing, malware, illegal content, fraud, harassment, impersonation, deceptive headers, abusive automation, or activity that harms KasaPost reputation or infrastructure.
Restricted use
KasaPost is not intended for emergency services, safety-critical systems, unlawful surveillance, regulated records without your own compliance review, or any use where delayed or failed email delivery could cause physical harm.
Deliverability limits
KasaPost may apply warmup limits, throttles, holds, suppressions, manual review, or sending restrictions to protect shared infrastructure, customers, recipients, and sender reputation.
Accounts and security
You must keep credentials secure, promptly remove users who should no longer have access, and notify KasaPost of suspected compromise. We may suspend accounts to investigate abuse, security issues, nonpayment, or policy violations.
Billing
Paid plans, taxes, renewal terms, invoice timing, cancellation, refunds, and dunning rules will be confirmed in the checkout or written order process. Until live Stripe billing is enabled, public paid self-serve checkout may remain restricted.
Service changes
Features, limits, prices, documentation, and infrastructure may change as KasaPost evolves. We will try to avoid disruptive changes and communicate material updates where practical.
Uptime and support
KasaPost aims to operate reliably, but no email service can guarantee uninterrupted delivery or inbox placement. Support response targets may vary by plan, priority, and operational load.
Termination
You may stop using KasaPost and request account closure. KasaPost may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or repeated policy violations.
Disclaimers
KasaPost is provided without guarantees of perfect uptime, universal inbox placement, error-free operation, or fitness for every regulated use case. Customers are responsible for their own compliance decisions, recipient consent, records, backups, and business continuity plans.
